Jay Silver is the Apparel Practice leader for the CBIZ New York office where he provides business advisory and consulting services for cost reduction logistical planning and implementation, inventory management, and third party financing. He leads financial due diligence teams for acquisition targets throughout the U.S., including deal structures, licensing and royalty activities.

He has more than 25 years of experience working with clients in the apparel industry including designers, importers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers during various business stages. He has in-depth background in assisting numerous clients with restructuring their operations and improving their profitability.

Lisa Morales-Hellebo is an entrepreneur, seasoned product strategist, and creative director with a career that spans 20+ years helping companies; from start-ups to F500s maximize conversions via multi-channel, e-commerce product strategy, development, and brand extension.

Lisa is Co-founder at The Worldwide Supply Chain Federation. In 2014, she founded and launched the New York Fashion Tech Lab with Springboard Enterprises, the Partnership Fund for NYC, Macy's, J. Crew, Kate Spade & Company, Estee Lauder, Ralph Lauren Corporation, LVMH, Li & Fung, Alex and Ani, and Ann Inc.; while serving as Executive Director for the first cohort.

Her previous fashion tech contextual search startup, Shopsy, participated in TechStars in 2012 after she was selected as one of the Top 10 Women in DC Tech.
