FEED Collaboration with Target

FEED USA Target’s Latest Designer Collaboration

In Fashion Philanthropy by Rebecca Gonzalez

Shopping for a GOOD cause and get a little something for yourself! On June 30, we can all take in some feel-good fashion philanthropy as a part of Target’s latest designer collaboration with FEED USA, founded by Lauren Bush Lauren. The FEED USA + Target collection includes 50+ fashion (for him & her), accessories, home decor, and more. Priced from $3 to $400, each piece will show the number of meals that will be donated to Feeding America when you purchase an item. All products will be available at Target stores and online.

Lauren Bush Lauren is the granddaughter of President George H.W. Bush, a model, designer, and she’s married to David Lauren, son of designer Ralph Lauren’s son. Lauren founded FEED in 2006 when she designed a bag to benefit the United Nations World Food Programme’s school feeding program. Through the sale of various products, FEED has been able to raise enough money to provide over 60 million school meals to children around the world. Partnering with the US Fund for UNICEF, funds have been raised for their Vitamin A and micro-nutrients supplements program providing over 46,000 children with essential vitamins. Catch a preview and see what Lauren has to say about the FEED + Target collaboration.

Here’s some of my favorite pieces from the collection, but you can take a sneak peak at the entire collection before it hits the stores at Refinery29.

The FEED tees with the iconic stenciled logo would be great paired with denim shorts and flip-flops or a short skirt and wedges.

FEED_TsWear a breezy maxi dress and stack these bracelets for a bold, trendy, and philanthropic statement!

These scarves are adorable! Pair them with classic red, white, or blue tanks and jeans for a patriotic summer look for any 4th of July fireworks show. Looks like blogger Ginger Harris from Electric Blogarella likes them too. Check out some of her faves.
