TICKET TO THE TENTS: NYFW Fall 2015 Day 3 Trend Report

In New York Fashion Week, Ticket to the Tents by Shalanda Turner

NAVAJO PRINTS

I always love the prints that Mara Hoffman chooses for her runway. They always have a Native American/Aztec feel to them. Navajo-type prints are definitely her thing.

COLOR

Jewel tones remain popular on day 3, especially on the Son Jung Wan runway. Clothes in rich hues of purple, orange, and blue topaz came down the runway.  Son Jung Wan featured unique silhouettes to pair with the colors.

TENNIS ANYONE?

Leave it to Lacoste to be the ones to take your average tennis uniform and take it to the next level.  The Lacoste Fall/Winter 2015 runway featured everything from tennis skirts and headbands, to full tracksuits.  Lacoste featured dispersed graphic prints on some of their first coats that came down the runway, and solid color coats as the runway went on. The runway also featured stripes.
